Here is some useful information to follow tomorrow's REAMIT symposium on Thursday 5 November, which will take the form of a Webinar.
- For the symposium: you have received a confirmation email (from GoToWebinar Global Customer Support) with a private URL link (Do not share this link with other users, it has been specially assigned to you).
If you have not seen it, please check that it has not gone to your junk folder.

B2B Meetings - How does it work?
A matchmaking event is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners in face-2-face talks. 20 minutes run fast but it is enough to build first connections.
HOW TO REGISTER
- Click on REGISTER
- Enter availabilities
- Describe your organisation, your products/know-how, projects and partner search
The better your profile is, the more meeting requests you will receive! Please, spend 5 minutes to complete, improve your description, add products and/or expertise.
NOTE: you can modify your description anytime once connected
BOOK MEETINGS
- Connect to your account
- Click on PARTICIPANTS and search promising contacts, partners
- Click on the button BOOK MEETING to request the person for a dedicated face-to-face
NOTE: You could customize the request thanks to the mailing box proposed via the system
ACCEPT/REFUSE MEETINGS
You receive a notification via email of a booking' request.
- Read the participant' description
- Interested? Click on ACCEPT and fix time and day for this meeting.
- No interest? Click on REJECT
NB : only accepted meetings are scheduled.
YOUR SCHEDULE/AGENDA?
You can at any time review the accepted meetings online by clicking on the tab "MEETINGS".
ANY CHANGE? MODIFICATION?
Contact us!
You can't modify by yourself the time of your meeting, once it's accepted. Just contact the meeting's organiser to modify that (contact page).
You wish to cancel a meeting? Connect on your dashbaord, go to the meeting to cancel and click on CANCEL.
AT THE EVENT
Our staff will check that your meeting runs according to schedule, and reschedule meetings (if possible).
AFTER THE EVENT
You will receive a feedback form following the
B2B meetings. Please, evaluate each meeting you had. All data remain
confidential.
TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS
- Use a desktop computer or laptop where both Webcam and Microphone is installed
- Check your audio quality and the image quality
- Video call meetings can NOT be managed via the b2match Mobile App
- Check your time-zone Log-in and select "Edit my profile" to check your current time zone selection. If this is not the time zone you are :located during the meetings please change accordingly.
- Use Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Opera browser preferably |Internet Edge Browser only works for Version IDs 80+ (Chromium edition)
- To make sure that everything is set correctly, please go to your "Meetings" and click on the green camera button "Meeting starts in ..." - this will open the video call feature of your browser. You should be able to see yourself!
